Georgie & Lexy's Story

Georgie and Lexy Gifts and Home Limited is an online store for the USA. We joyfully present to you beautiful, nature-inspired textile designs and prints for our range of beddings, homeware, gifts, and work-travel-play tote bags, laptop sleeves, backpacks, and suitcases. Our lifestyle products were created with Contemporary, Modern Botanical, Global Bohemian, Eclectic Chic, Modern Farmhouse, and Calm Minimalist design and interior styles in mind. Our designs are original creations of the company's founder and designer, New Zealand-based Glen Lacaden. As a visual and brand designer, Glen worked with manufacturers and printing companies in the Philippines, Indonesia, and New Zealand. As a product designer for gifts and homeware, Glen worked with buyers of well-known retailers from the US, Canada, and Britain; as well as boutique stores in France, Italy, Germany, Switzerland, Singapore, Japan, Australia, and New Zealand. This was earlier in her career when she worked for a Philippine and an Indonesian group of exporting and buying companies.

Glen has named her online store in honour of her mother, Georgie Aurora, to support her beloved mother's journey with Alzheimer's. A healing and delightful angle to the story is adorable little Lexy Megan, Georgie Aurora's great-granddaughter who likes to hold grandma's hand during walks around gardens and parks. It is such a beautiful sight to behold every time.

The Georgie and Lexy Quality Promise
Georgie and Lexy work with suppliers in the US which conduct three stages of quality control:
1. When blank products arrive at the printing locations.
2. Before printing the design.
3. And after printing, compare the final product to the original control design.

Print production is constantly monitored by our suppliers to ensure overall product and print quality are maintained for each customer order.  If we believe that a product's quality is not to the standard that is expected and as envisioned for our design, we may delete the product offer from the collections to protect the interest of our customers.
